I read the other day that rain chances don’t mean what you think they do (at least not what i thought lol) when for example there’s a 30% chance of rain it means that meteorologists are 100% confident that 30% of the forecast area will get rain

How that’s the height of stupidity……..

since most studios don’t have windows anymore, it’s much harder to estimate the current weather situation.
