Don’t all new cars pretty much smell alike?

In Germany, some car wash sites really do in fact have dispensers for such “new-car-scents”. Maybe not exactly “Brand new ’64 Chevy Impala style” – but anyway.

It would undoubtedly be toxic by today’s standards.

Keep your “new car smell”…I love the smell of a 10+ year old car, especially with leather seats.

My family also had a ’54 Chevy Belaire, brown and white, before my dad bought a ’64 Chevy Impala when I was a freshman in high school. I still miss the two-tone paint jobs.

I’m not a big Chevy fan, but the one car I lusted after as a teenager, was a 1958 Impala convertible with fender skirts and a Continental kit on the back! Matter of fact, I’d still love to won one.

He’s had this car for a while. Surely some repairs/missing parts might have been achieved…

There are car washes that have “New Car Smell” air fresheners. I don’t think they get specific as to year, make and model.

It’s just a bit Different from the New ’66 Impala smell.

The 64 had a better grade of Leather smell to it.

More Beeswax in the “Mink Oil” used to polish the seat covers.

My first cart was a ‘63 Chevy Impala. It was a barge, but when it got going, it would pass 100 mph without too much effort. I had to give it up when I was driving it to Las Vegas, and it just came apart at the seams. The mechanic couldn’t believe I wasn’t even hurt.
