This year is a matter of voting to ensure we still can in the future.

Not mature enough? Neither is the President!

If your parents give their permission, at 17 you’re old enough to pick up arms and serve in the military.

It makes me wonder if the voting age should be raised to 35 instead since that is the minimum age to become president. We should also raise the age for senators and representatives to the same age requirement too.

As with history, “maturity” will be defined by the victor.

Watch the Social Dilemma on Netflix. You will then understand how Big Tech is creating this problem for the sake of their bottom lines.

Don’t forget that Cruz is a “dreamer”. He wouldn’t be allowed to vote even if he was old enough. Personally I wish there was a basic knowledge requirement to vote. My husband graduated high school (in Florida! of course lol) without EVER learning about the electoral college. I learned about it in 8th grade Civics. The way I found out he didn’t know about it was during an episode of “Wheel of Fortune”. The answer was “electoral college”. He’d never heard of it! He thought I was making it up-“But we’re a democracy” was said. This was before the WWW, so it had to be tabled until I could go to the library and get books to show him. To this day it kills me that he has a diploma & I have a GED due to health issues. A GED, I might add, that I could have passed in 3rd grade!

I wish more kids could vote. American adults now act in public in ways that would have gotten me “a whuppin’” if I had acted that way as a child.
