My parents often encouraged me to run away from home. Never did, but one day after returning from school, they had moved without leaving a forwarding address.
Not the same, but one summer, when they picked me up from camp, we went back to a different house. Turns out they had moved while I was gone.
My brother was lucky. He was raised as an only child.
Wasn’t there anyone that was asked to go to the store and get supplies for your TWIN brother’s surprise birthday party???
