I’m a bit surprised by the podiatrist answer… I think the answer today is to get more barefoot time when moving to keep your feet stronger and more flexible. Use shoes when needed, but that’s just not as often as people think.
I like your idea! They have it in Canada. Hospitals are connected underground in Toronto. If you see a doctor in one and need help in another specialty, such as a heart palpitation, you can go right over. In the US, you suffer for days or weeks to see a doctor, IF you can afford one.
