Tomorrow they’ll spend the day watching grass grow. The day after that, invent paint so they can watch it dry.

Better than chasing a little ball around a big cow pasture.

They forgot the beer !! You can’t fish successfully without beer.

More excitement than I’ve ever had fishing, maybe that’s why I dont fish

Sometimes you need to just sit around and do nothing. But some people disapprove of that, hence, fishing.

I bring a book.

After days like this, they decided they needed to invent agriculture.

Sometimes I like to sit and think…..and then other times I like to just sit.

An adult trying to outwit a fish – or a duck, or a deer – is just pathetic.

I really like the subtle humor of today’s strip.

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach a man to fish and he’ll waste the day away sitting in a boat.

Wow, that is so cool. Even more excitement than a baseball game, with the added possibility of participation and dinner.

The excitement parts starts when someone gets a bite. This is just the sit back in the sun and enjoy a beer part.

These contemplative moments occasionally bring the kind of reaction as seen in the third panel of today’s Frazz.

And why doesn’t the comment box expand as we type so we can reread what we have written and correct any typos or make our comments more precise?

And why is there no longer an ‘edit’ choice along with the ‘delete’ button?

the cartoonist was too lazy to do any thing today, i guess. i didn’t like this one.

A bad day fishing is still better than a day at work.
