    The deli sells sliced turkey for sandwiches all year round. A step down from that is the prepackaged formed turkey lunchmeat. I wouldn’t relax too much.

    And as I live in a semi rural area, all sorts of critters make half-hearted attempts at suicide by jumping in front of my car. I’ve always been able to avoid them, but running into one of the group of wild turkeys would hurt me less than one of the deer.

    I bought a 22lb turkey for $10.00 on the 24th. It’s delicious.
