In this say it and it’s done digital world, telling a person his/her request to unsubscribe can take up to a week or more to process is just so lame. Same for phone companies that claim they cannot identify and shut down spam sources or that they can’t develop a simple way for customers to block those calls from their home phones.
I made it my policy a long time ago not to buy or donate to any organization that calls me. If everyone did that the pesky calls would vanish in a short time. I do the same with spam.

Actually many times clicking the unsubscribe link simply exposes your e-mail to other spammers.
