Vegetarian shark?
Kelp help.

Kelp … the Kale of the sea world …
“I get by with a little kelp from my friends…”

Fish around for some fishing line….
Obviously, the shark (if it is one) was trying to extract a meal that was hiding in kelp. Thus it now has kelp stuck in its teeth.
Never a anchor rope to floss with when you need on.
I noticed the “greenery” and had the joke before that last panel. I’m so proud! (Leave me alone to bask in my glory… ☺)
Disney’s Willie the Operatic Whale?
“Gone Fishing” was an apt sign.. Nothing in it implied that you were going to catch a fish.

I think that swordfish could do it!
there’s a convenient toothpick right in front of you

We’re going to need a bigger boat!
I see that that intelligence enhancing artificially mutated brain parasite (plasmosis gondii) has gotten in the water too.
The project to create more animals and plants to withstand the terrible heat and storms extended to the oceans. “BC” is a dismal dangerous future.)
All these comments and yet not one questioning the double eyes in the last frame? Funny! :>)
