Doom Scrolling sounds like what most of the US had done after the most recent election.

Ants in B.C. were very educated and had schools too. I wonder why these days they’re all illiterates.

that’s why I watch PBS, Netflix, Disney+ — the news is for the weather — or BBC America – at least it isn’t a bunch of rhetorical rubbish.
No matter what you do summer always flies.
Don’t need to scroll. It’s all around us. The best thing to do is distance yourself from it.
So, from its’ definition…whenever you turn on the “ news”, you are doom scrolling.
