Last November when I had covid I passed out, exhausted, on top of the bed. I woke up in the night, desperate to pee. I staggered to the bathroom and keeled over trying to lift the seat. It took much too long to get back up!
One should always eat fresh sushi, never packaged. If you knew sushi like I knew sushi. Fish can be infected with parasites, only a certified sushi chef will make sure you will have no extra protein with your vinegar rice.

Expiration date? Usually less than 10 minutes depending on clean up before or after consumption. YMMV.
