There should be a commandment, “Thou shalt act to prevent killings”, with universal background checks being the most common sense place to start. (No, before idiot and dishonest trolls start in, nobody wants to “confiscate” the guns of law-abiding citizens. And I have a couple firearms myself that I use for hunting.)
I’m not worried too much about Louisiana. As the seas are rising, they will wash away the sinners in low lying areas. Such as New Orleans, Houston and Florida.
The GQP has its lawyers working hard to insert loopholes into their version of their God’s words. That way, they can exempt their own kind from being required to obey every one of them. For them, the list will merely be The Ten Suggestions.
When I was in school, we had bomb threats. I remember once we were rushed out onto the football field without coats in a snowstorm while the police searched the school. Now kids have to worry about something a lot worse.

And you Republicans accuse the Left of being fascist???
What about posting equivalent “commandments” from the Koran, from the Talmud, from Confucius??
Your party has worked tirelessly for “affirmative action”..
You time and time again affirm that your actions are no different than the Taliban:
You demand – in this case BY LAW – that kids be forced to be subjected to your ridiculous dogma and ONLY your Nat-C dogma;
You seek to subjugate women, LGBTQ, minorities.
You want to see a government that is based on religious tenets – but ONLY your religious tenets. All others are “dangerous”
Yup. Talibanicals. Yee Hawdis. Nat-C’s.

MAGATS hate the first amendment.
They believe evangelicals should run the government, like the Taliban.
Evangelicals like MAGAt hero Robert Morris.

I’d allow one commandment in the largest font possible,
Thou shall keep thy church and thy state separate.

Where’s the 11th Commandment?
Thou shalt vote for the man who’s broken all of these commandments!

My only consolation will be that the commandments will be mostly ignored.

The point the MAGA-GOP is missing: Students today have to practice both of these every day, but only one may help them survive into adulthood.
