Purple toadflax is awful as well, yet the Latin name, Linaria (Purpurea) is quite beautiful. Also, native bees love it!

Hey, my grandfather was named “Compressed Flapwort”

I suppose you could have a Bastard Toadflax (Comandra umbellata).

One of our cats is named Bat Falcon.

Naming her “Mother of Thousands” would probably give a kid a serious complex.
