A parrot that colorful-most likely a Macaw would have some longer tail feathers. Just the same they can all learn to be extremely smart - and cleverer than most pirates.
He should counsel that pirate to quit his job and get work man’s compensation for losing that eye!
All those years at the polytechnic institute wasted.
