You gotta watch out for those Jays!.A flock of about 50 Pinion Jays swoop down on our humble bird feeder, and consume all the sunflower seeds in just minutes! Whoa!!!

Jaybirds are nest robbers. Im glad they are none around this area… that I know of.

It’s better than the Kitty Kat Klub.

Dem Blue Jays ain’t too popular in Boston this morning. Of course we’re smiling at de Oriels. My enemy’s enemy——-

Yup, gotta watch those Jays… they’ll come back next year and win the Pennant and Series … I hope.

Jay-walkers drinking Johnny Walkers and talking dirty Jay stuff. I’m disgusted. Those crows must be homocrowbic.

Dangit, GoodQuestion<, you beat me to it though I was thinking more jay bar wacky.What would you use to pry a crow out of a crow bar?Jays, crows and ravens and magpies are all in the same family.

what’s with the mushrooms all over the floor? or are they bolts….as in lets bolt out of here.

Not sure—are they champagne corks? Mushrooms? Bolts?

At least it’s still a corvid bar. But it’s sure a bird of a different color.

I’ll bet they do a lot of jaywalking there. And it looks like they’re all as naked as jaybirds. (as here)

We don’t have any Jays around here- but lots in IL where I used to live. All birds are competitive but some are nicer about it than others. I just enjoy watching all the different styles (of walking, fighting, eating etc).

This is a repeat. I last saw this one February 25, 2009
