Next week Charlie’s wife will get him up and out early, and they’ll never see him again either.

I wonder what kind of bait was used to lure Fred from the game?

[Now Fred is the bait and lure in a different game (sport).]

He got up early to go bird watching and I haven’t seen him since.

When I was a kid, there was a TV show featuring a local guy named Harold Ensley. It was called “The Sportsman’ s Friend” and was an outdoor themed show mostly about hunting and fishing. His motto was "gone fishin’, instead of just a wishin’.

None of the worms have hands, but their cards are in the air in front of them. They must be magic worms!

Okay, I give up… how, exactly, are the worms holding their cards?
