To paraphrase the cat…, “Boo!! HISSSS!!” My grown daughters moved out and have cats of their own. Our cat has the reaction above every time they come to visit. (The “Boo!!” is implied.)

Tonight, the new dog and resident cat will be circled up together.

My first impression is that’s a “not again” look.

The cat needed a puppy to terrorize. From the expression, kitty eliminated the last one, somehow or another. It has a “not this again” look going on.
