And yet I bet there is plenty of plastic on the junk food she demanded.

It’s a tough choice. Paper is renewable but it takes a lot of truck fuel to bring them to stores. Plastic is not, but they travel easier.

Get your own cloth totes. And bring reusable mesh bags, or compostable bags, for produce.

The person packing the groceries away shouldn’t be asking that question.

After all, baggers can’t be choosers.

That’s why many areas insist on reusable bags.

Considering how much plastic is used for packaging these days…does it really matter if you take it home in a plastic bag or a paper one? Go thru a grocery store, meat, cheese, all packaged in plastic. Cereal-plastic. Drinks-plastic. Soap/shampoo-plastic. The list goes on…
