GWB didnt give all that he would say he was going to (obviously).
Obama will most likely not achieve all that he says and might do something he never intended.
It always happens but it just matters on how bad they didnt fulfill their promises and what they did that was never expected. GWB took alot of “unexpected” detours while president.
