Someone please explain Closed tight to me. In panel 3, Bozo appears to formulate an idea upon seeing that the Department of Public Works is closed for Labor Day. So the very large gray oval on the ground in panel 4 is most likely a manhole cover (no?), next to which Bozo has wedged a branch with his hand painted sign echoing the ones he read earlier. Wait.. what? If there is a joke here it has gone waaaaaaaaaaay over my head.
