Just look at the comics above. Aren’t they just splendidly drawn? Such facial expressions, body languages, scene composition, background depths and details… Where else has you seen any funnies drawn this beautifully and brilliantly with awesome artwork?
If FoXo wasn’t a master cartoonist, then nobody is. Such is his works of fantastic finesse which he did with his splendid skills. These wonderful wordless wonders are glorious gems not only in cartooning, but also in art itself, as these are the excellent epitomes of pictures speaking thousand words! FoXo needed no words to tell his funnies. His pleasantly powerful artwork was enough for it!
So obviously me gives another big thumbs up, big applause, and three cheers once again for the marvellous master cartoonist FoXo’s magnificent masterpiece, the most pleasant picturesque pantomime, the blissfully brilliant and brilliantly beautiful, the ever entertaining ever energetic ever excellent evergreen entertainer BOZO!
BOZO never fails to bring me great joy and sheer cheer.
Spread the word friends, so that BOZO can spread more joy and cheer to more!
STUNG- As Elvis sang…‘Cause I’m done, uh-huh I got stung Aha-ha, yeah Aha-ha, yeah! NATURE LOVER-Bozo does not want to see JD damage the tree. WINNER- Spark Plug loves Bozo so much that he lets Bozann ride to the finish line. (Love the way Foxo did the eyes and the number on the horse. Kind of like love between the horse and rider.)
I looked up the 1952 Kentucky Derby held May 3, 1952. The horse Hill Gail won with the legendary jockey Eddie Arcaro. I wonder if FOXO was able to publish his comic panel before the Derby as a tribute to Eddie Atcaro and Hill Gail, who led 5 lengths through most of the race, except for 2 lengths at the end. I wonder if mreardon53 has any feed back on this?
1) SURPRISE: Bozo brings a bouquet to Bozann. The bee spoils it and gets Bozo kicked out along with his gift!
2) NO TREE CARVING: Boy carves J.D. on a tree. Bozo admonishing him then sends him on his way. Bozo then scratches it out then goes on his way feeling saintly!
3) PICK UP FOR THE WINNER: At the final lap Bozo sees his gf and picks her up so it is winner by a nose with Bosann!

1 Sorry Bozo, Bozann is suddenly indisposed.
2 I hope the kids got the message. Don’t scar trees.
3 Slow down Bozo, or they won’t take the photo finish.

1) Next time, make sure the roses have no bees in them.
2) J.D. can’t go around marking his territory just anywhere.
3) Be sure that Bozann gets the roses sans bees this time (strip ran on the day of the 1952 Kentucky Derby).

1) Bozann already has bee-stung lips and doesn’t want a matching nose.
2) It’s 1952, so he must be one of those Juvenile Delinquents we’ve heard about. No recruiting new ones on Bozo’s watch.
3) Bozann needs a ride to the finish line. She’s presenting roses to the winner.

3ʳᵈ⋯ Sorry, horse number ½ was disqualified for not placing the Beauty before the Bozo!
