That looks like pretty conclusive evidence. (Unless Burt is working overtime with the CGI. But I have no reason to believe that. He seems honest.)

Megan paused for a moment. “Tre-C, do me a favor. If.. WHEN you meet Hector, don’t jump on him, ok? He is, after all, a family mouse.” Tre-C actually felt a little embarrassed; “I’m SORRY- but… but he’s a mouse!” “And you’re a cat. A young cat, at that. I know. But you need to start understanding things. Now. Did you not hear what I was just talking about?” Megan looked deeply into Tre-C’s eyes, then sighed. “Tre-C, you and I are kindred spirits- I knew that as soon as I walked into ‘Litter’. There are things I want to show you, to teach you. Things that will make you a better cat and, long term, a better spirit. Can you handle that? Do you want to improve, to better yourself? Or do you just want the mouse?” Tre-C felt an unusual sensation, more than just being hungry or cold. But close to being scared. “I can’t deny I want the mouse. But I think I may be ready to learn more. If there really IS more. I mean, is it ok to just be a cat?” “Oh, Tre-C.” Megan couldn’t help puffing her chest just a bit. “If you do it right, there’s nothing better…”

Gotta be Buzzy Mouse! Flutterbys don’t make a sound!

It’s good to see the Flying Flowers, but where are the July Bugs? August is nearly upon us, and Summer without the JBs is just not Summer!

It took me a minute to notice the flying flowers are butterflies. Too late at night I guess.

That aerial shot in panel 2 is just gorgeous (and truly captures Tommy’s floofy ‘largesse’), but I gotta say, I’m loving Lupin’s continued, ostentatious grooming in panel 3.

Panel 2 is the perfect example of true wonder. Flowers can fly puts that wonder into words.

By the way, the Monarchs are hatching. Someone at the tiny gourmet store that I visit weekly said the eggs were hatching now. That probably sounded silly, but it is good news for those of us who know that they have had a difficult time due to pesticides.

Only the best flowers fly. And then they only fly for the pure of spirit and soul.
