It seems Lupin has moved on from being mad about his tape recorder, to missing out on an adventure. Why do I have a feeling that both Lupin and Beatrix might decide to join in.

Well if you look back at the preview poster Georgia made, there is a pint sized undercover raccoon next to the one with the mushroom shield. So I bet Beatrix joins in the fun.

If Tommy weighs anything close to my Maine Coon mix Diesel, that mail flag is about to go down with an abrupt thump! There might be some suddenly flying mice in “panel 5”…

Have we ever seen such an epic Lupin Pout?

Forget Washing crossing the Delaware. We have Tommy crossing the road. Don’t forget to look both ways!

Tommy is truly magnificent in all his trash panda glory, but … has he remembered to give himself a proper trash panda name?? 8-O

Meanwhile, human passersby notice the strange cat who’s disguised as a strange raccoon posing on the postbox, and begin posting his pictures and videos all over the internet.

Right. Because Lupin never goes on cool adventures. That’s why he’s also known as, “Lupin, Cat of No Adventure.”

The Cat of Adventure is missing out on all the fun and adventure.

I see tommy has backup from the ‘girls’

Nice camera work Alice! Tommy, truly YOU are magnificent! The robber mice are on point, and Beatrix TOE BEANS!!! But WAIT, why didn’t you get the recorder back to Goldie? She’s already been through so much and I don’t want her to wake up and find it gone!!!! You guys, DO Something!!!!

I think maybe bad sort of things are going to happen.

And I see that no-one has taken the tape recorder back to Goldie, or given it back to Lupin.

I’m with Lupin and Beatrix on this one. I want to go on a cool adventure too.

If his doodle is an example of his artistic abilities, I can guess who usually doesn’t make the CN charts and diagrams.

I had a feeling Lupin “The Cat of Adventure” would be disappointed in being left at the desk on this assignment.

With Tommy posing on the mailbox like that, one word comes to mind: Excelsior!!!!

I love the mouse riding on Tommy’s tail in the last panel. Does everyone realize tomorrow is Sunday and that means that while we’ll have a cool BCN, it won’t be related to this?

Is Lupin being visited by the Green-eyed Monster of Jealousy? It sure looks like it … even his hand-written note looks unhappy. Beatrix isn’t looking too contented with her lot, either. :(

Tommy, on the other hand, looks completely stoked! :D

Poor Lupin! This story has been rough on him. First, nobody believed him about Goldie. Then his tape recorder is stolen. And now he doesn’t get to go on a cool adventure. :(

Well, if Beatrix bolts , we know the boys won’t be far behind, to protect her.

Poor Beatrix. She would be a major asset. Bonus: She can tell the difference between adjectives and adverbs.

It always amazes me how much detail Georgia puts into this comic. And, it always amazes me how much I miss until I read the comments and all you wonderful people starting pointing out things that I missed. I have started reading all the comments for this comment (the only one I do that) just so I don’t miss something. Thanks, everyone!

Poor Lupin, a cat of adventure seeing another cat adventuring. At least he has Beatrix on his side.

Okay, I see Violet, Agnes, and Natasha. But I don’t see Alice. Anyone see her?
