An ironic reversal, as Lupin is now isolated for being “ill” in the same room where Goldie was quarantined while she really was sick!

And they can’t even have a much-needed conversation from the safe distance of opposite sides of the door, with Lupin being deaf…

Good. The Woman is taking preventative measures. At least contain the little snit. Oh but the poor Man. What did he do to deserve a nasty gift in his shoe?

Ugh! Guess I’ll be skipping today’s comments as well.

…keep it up Lupin, next will be a trip to the dreaded VET…

OT: Tuesday I got two new kitties from the humane society. They are a brother and sister pair, 4 months old. Currently their names are McIntosh and Honeycrisp. I haven’t decided if I am keeping those names or renaming them. The names are starting to grow on me. They are a little shy, but I have been able to pet them some, especially the boy, McIntosh. Here is a picture of them:

My kitty Sybil’s cross-country puking record is SEVEN locations in the apartment during a single episode. I was tempted to give her a tiny medal, but I didn’t want to encourage her further.

Considering what Lupin’s been doing, locking him in the bathroom might be safer. Woman, think of your pencils, your pens…think of your computer!

Lupin’s face in panel three is absolutely adorable! Loaner Cat spent four days throwing up recently. It was terrible. Finally was able to get into the vet and get blood work, xrays and an ultrasound. Pancreatitis. But she’s on the mend now. No more barfs at least.

Lupin, your protest is doomed. Chill out and get some mediation going between you and Goldie. She’s here to stay.

That quick change from the on-air business suit into the casual and oh-so-comfy robe makes me smile. Poor baby!

in support of Lupin, my cat Hunter just puked 5 times. Managed to move him off the rug for all but the last spittle one. Hunter is still not comfortable with the move to the country. But 5 horks is a recent record. Usually just 2.

Who here has done this:

“EEEWWWWWW! What did I just step in?”

“Oh, good, it’s just puke.”

The feline equivalent of ‘I piss on your mother’s grave’.

Nobody’s listening anymore at this point, Lupin.

Now that he’s in the office, perhaps Lupin can make some signs to carry around as he protests.

We know that in RL, the family was thinking that they might have to give Goldie up because of Lupin. What happens if Lupin realizes that he will be responsible for tuning a cat out into the world? I mean, sure, his first response will be “Good Riddance”, but after awhile…

Our current vet says once a month or less is acceptable frequency for cat vomiting. One we saw in the ’90s said, “Cats vomit a lot.”

OT. A very good person fostered my parents cats that no one in the family could take. One was adopted in December but the most friendly, smart one, Max is still available. Today he his going to a shelter in hopes that someone see’s him and falls in love. Luckily it is a no kill shelter. If only Lucylu was more adaptable to having friends. It’s been almost two years since the Big Gray Kitty moved in and she still can’t stand to be around him.. I’m very sad and angry that a son wouldn’t let his father bring his baby with him when he moved him in with him.

Oh my, ginger pop AND crackers! Just what my mom would give me when I was ill as a child.

I’m really identifying with Lupin now. Just for the record, I never puked in my Dad’s shoes.

Yes, I may be an incipient crazy cat lady; the answer was C … and Bella and I ran the errand long before the weather turned bad.

Robe or puking jacket, the jury is still out on this one.

Friends, everyone stay safe in this weird weather. Its 75° here today, very pleasant but totally abnormal. And very windy. I think I could be supremely happy if it never got warmer than this during the whole summer, but I fear the days of moderate heat are gone forever from this area. The weather gurus are calling for storms later tonight, but nothing like what is happening further south. Listen to your local weather and be careful!

There are not enough BWA’s and HA’s in the universe to indicate how much today’s episode made me laugh.

I am going through back strips with the “random” button. I think “Aim me at the curtains!” and Lupin’s angry little face are one of my all-time favourites. Also, Georgia is keeping me sane-ish on day 4 of Corona virus isolation.
