This video has been popping up in my suggested videos on YouTube. The title made me nervous so I’ve been avoiding watching it. I finally went ahead and watched it, only to find that it is a great story and I now wish I’d watched it sooner.

In a way, it also fits with the theme of today’s strip, since it’s about friends.

OT – Ember was seriously distressed for an hour or so yesterday afternoon. There was a Person in her backyard! And he just kept pacing back and forth! With a loud machine! (It didn’t occur to me until later that, having been an apartment cat for her whole life up to this point, she would have no way of knowing what a lawnmower is.)

Incidentally, those of you who don’t mow your own lawns, what’s the going rate these days to pay someone to do it?

OT – My beloved Petey [avatar] died this day at age 16 years and 9 months. I don’t know what I am going to do without his help and direction. He has been a wonderful friend and nurse cat all these years. My husband and I loved him so much and are heartbroken.

Two problems. One, Tommy!!!!!!! And two, from their attitudes I doubt Goldie and Lupin will really set aside their differences.

So that is one way to bribe Lupin,….. cool jewellery. Good to know.

So excited, I got my “Lupin Leaps In” book in the mail!

Aha! and now we know another fillip of the Go Comics algorithm for determining “Featured Comment”.
