Georgia…why do I feel as though this is the end of the prologue?

Huzzah! What a happy Friday! Maybe tomorrow we finally get to see Sophie in her gilded cage.

I was looking at the August 4, 2019 map, trying to find a very nice house on the edge of town, and realized, if you look very closely at Tommy’s House, you can see Tommy and Sophie in one of the windows!

I hope it’s not “too nice”. She might not come back. Hey, cats are masters of the “better deal”.

Perhaps Junk can perform butler duties during a romantic dinner date featuring a certain shy artist cat and trash panda appraiser/lookout…

Well done, Chitter and Chatter! You are the best scouts a trash panda could have.

Are they chickadees? Regardless it’s clear that Mag picked the right birds for the job.

I love Gutter’s self-conscious body language in the third panel. (Georgia always amazes me with how good she is with, well, everything, but that too!) I’m anticipating him being nervous and talking A LOT when he first meets Sophie, or, at least, once they are trekking home, and I’m wondering madly what he’ll accidentally reveal to her.
