It’s possible. Harry Truman was VP and didn’t know a thing about the A-Bomb.

All information going to Joe must be cleared by Kamala Harris first. Also Joe must never speak in public without a teleprompter. Absolutely no questions from the press.

The President has any and all levels of security clearance the U.S. Federal Government has. He is authorized to declassify any information he has. He can grant security clearance to anyone who works in the Federal Government.

Some now believe candidates for President of the United States should be evaluated for security risks, with the assessments being made public.

I’ve often wondered: Does the U.S. government have an official protocol in the event of a first contact? If so, what?

And you’ll recall that up until “Independence Day”, that president never saw the “freak show” (three Roswell aliens).

The best security under djt was his inability to pay attention or keep his nations straight — or tell the truth. If he doesn’t know, he can’t tell Vlad and Vlad won’t believe him anyway.
