On various family events I can handle five burners and the oven at once. It just takes some experience… And no offers from help from well-meaning individuals who require a cooking lesson. I can do five burners and an oven at once if I don’t have to tell you how to make roux or blanch asparagus while I’m cooking.

I taught Pam everything she knows.
