Cathy: Mr. Pinkley, in a normal company, when 10 people quit, they hire 10 new people to replace them. Some companies might hire only five new people, but give huge raises to those who'd be doing all the work of the five they didn't replace. But no company on earth would let 10 people leave, hire no replacements and expect the measly remaining staff to do all the work with no extra money!! Mr. Pinkley: At last ! We've found our unique niche!!
