This one charges $25 for the first bag, $40 for the second, $3 for a bag of pretzels, $9 for a pillow and $17 for a reclining seat. If both people ate pretzels, but only one reclined and nobody slept, how many bags could each person check to keep the lower fare lower than the high one?
