Cathy: Don't indulge it. Don't even try to understand. When it acts up, just put it down and let it rest awhile. It will be fine again later! Mom: My generation owns phones. Her generation parents them.
No need to charge an old fashioned copper wire phone with no dodads! Plug it in and it works – 20 years or more, no matter what the weather. Great to use to call the electric co and tell them no electricity.
