Irving: If I switch to a new hairdresser, what will I say if I run into my old one?? Cathy: You won't run into her, Honey. You'll simply never drive down the street her shop is on again... You'll quit going to any stores or restaurants in her zip code... ...And if your paths still accidentally cross, just pull your jacket over your head, spin around, take off and pretend you didn't see her!! Irving: Maybe I should just call and tell her. Cathy: No! She might think you don't like her anymore!!
I know this is asking a lot, but… if their paths do cross, can’t he just wave, say hello and move on? I’m pretty positive that hair dressers know that things don’t work out all the time. I’ve stopped going to a lady who used to cut my hair, yet I’ve seen her a lot because I still go to the salon where she works. We still talk and catch up, and we are happy to see each other. Weird, right? ;-) And it’s not personal the way Cathy is implying. He doesn’t dislike her, he isn’t happy with his hair cuts.
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Friday! Have a great weekend, all!
