Do what I do, pretend you’re still asleep and just going to the gym to take a pee. Then once you get there just try to do some of the easiest exercises you can. One thing leads to another and pretty soon your worked out and it’s all over.
I do similar to vaughnrl2003, except I avoid the gym bathroom like the plague (and there’s probably a plague in there these days haha). I workout every other day so I wear exercise clothes on those days. At approx the same time, I go to the gym without thinking about it, and just start my usual routine. Once I’ve started, I do my exercises and then it’s all done. If I stop to think about any of this, I procrastinate and it likely won’t happen. Nike knew what they were doing when they said “just do it.”

I don’t have stubborn fat people in my body but I have some stiff-necked procrastinators that plague me!

Well, she talks the talk here. As for walking the walk? Not so much. Oops.

I go to the metropark and walk 2 miles…I never have to force myself…well maybe on a snowy day.
