At my work Halloween once, a yearly tradition of decorating team area’s my team hung grey fabric and painted it to look like jail, cut out bars and all. The boss came along saw it when the kids where trick or treating and we were scaring them all by yanking on the bars and saying “Stay in school and go to college or you’ll have to work here too” and he started crying, said you guys all really feel like this job is prison?
Its easy to see the bad managers but some of them are dang good.
