Yes, I remember where we left off with Joey. As I said I’m not sad to see less of Joey.
The thing is - “left off”. Haven’t touched that part of Baldo’s world in months - and it shows! The only time we’ve seen Baldo show some depth/maturity was when he thought Dad had a heart attack.
With this “tighten the household budget” storyline that’s been going on some of the time recently, one would think there would be at least a reference to the young man of promising maturity who holds down an after-school job. Maybe he goes to Dad and offers to throw $20 a week into the family budget?
