There’s something else we have that you don’t, opposable thumbs.
Chief Thom Thom: For some reason this strikes me as one of the best you’ve done. Bravo!
——————
EDIT: Hey, no fair, Chief! While following a tag I put in, “chicken”, I discovered that this is a repeat from August 5th. Oh, the laziness! Oh, I am SO offended! :))
(It’s STILL one of my favorites by you…and so I “favorited” it. So sue me. ;) )
You’re welcome Lonewolf. I said from the beginning that I liked this comic, so if I can help (if you believe lots of comments is helpful -can’t hurt, right?) then I’ve accomplished two things. Both of which make me feel pretty good, not just for this comic, but for the wider population of comics on this site. Thanks to all for some good discussions. It has beens loads of fun, and thanks to those who sent me private messages of support as well. I know there are lots of people following this thread.
What part of “I haven’t changed what I do on this particular strip site” don’t you understand. You put blinders on when it comes to what is typed and only hear and see what you want to.
I don’t know what your other alter ego(s) name(s) is/are but you need to, as you say, reign them in and get a grip on yourself. You word everything very well, but it is irrelevant to what is being said to you and I am not buying it.
Please find some other place to carry on with this type of nonsense.
I tried posting an URL from today’s Jump Start on Brand X (Comics.com), but I couldn’t get it to work as it is very long. But it speaks - IMHO- to the furor over the past few days.
Thanks, that gave me a good laugh! First you thank me for helping this comic out, and then you ask me to carry on elsewhere. Funny. And not just “odd” funny, but “really” funny. Again, I thank you for the laughs. You never fail to deliver.
I also thank you for cleaning up your posts. They are much cleaner and not descending into childish name calling as before. Good job! You are learning well, and that also makes me feel I have accomplished another important task.
Thanks to the rest as well for limiting personal attacks. It is great to see and everyone is better off for it.
Shalamar, let’s try a little experiment. The only comments you’ve made on Gocomics are to “Birdbrains”. I propose you make the same sentiments in the other comics’ comment sections and see what the reaction is.
Anyone else, how are you bolding text and other effects? The only thing I’ve found how to do is italics.
It definitely is in Barbados. That, and fish. The Bajans have a higher per capita consumption of these than any other country’s denizens, or so I heard there.

I must be missing the offensive part of this one!
Good Morning Thom Thom

Yep, you’re destined to be skewered. Even back then almost everything tasted like chicken, I’ll bet. Except mastodon.

See we have the superior appetite and seasoning skills, we win!

They were only spared by Bar-B-Qued ribs.
COWBOY7 about 15 years ago
How superior is your intellect if one of y’all is being cooked as you speak?
And do you mean screwed or skewered?
tabbylynn about 15 years ago

cleokaya about 15 years ago
I have never looked upon being screwed as a negative thing.

Bold is two asterics before and two asterics after what you want in bold.
The Old Wolf has a reference page for the instructions of all the text effects.
