    On the plus side, the CSR can cuss out this customer without losing his job because the robot can’t remember long enough to complain about it.

    In fact, Greenie could simply say, “There now, it’s fixed. Have a good day!” and send Oldie on his way. Problem solved.

    I wonder how Oldbot found out his memory chip didn’t work? Maybe Pam told him, and he remembered it on long-term memory. The memory chip probably has a glitch that deletes almost all short-term memory or something.
