For “No Taxes” hour she can INCLUDE the taxes in the price of the wee weenie so that the TOTAL is $1.99 each. Thus she’s paying the tax (hidden) and satisfying the tax man. However, she’ll have to keep records showing that’s what she’s done for this special offer. In Pennsylvania, she’d reduce the wee weenie price to $1.87, then add the 6% tax of 12 cents for a total of $1.99 each.

Of course Ann is aware what TJ is up to, and of course she knows that TJ is using Ox.Ann may be a rotten person, but she didn’t get up to management level by being a dummy.

If Ox collapses and dies after eating all those wee-weenies, would AE be held accountable?

Ox has no intention of eating all those weenies… he simply want’s a bill big enough to fully expose Ann and her tax tricks…

The next test will be to see if 33 (not 30) weenies are handed to Ox.

Somehow, it’s becoming harder and harder to take this strip seriously….

It’s difficult for me to imagine another female villain with as much sexy fake charm as AE. If she’s fired from WW, AE could make good bucks at an S & M place.

This is a test of Ox’s real intelligence.1) At debut, he seemed rather stupid, or at least slow.2) When AE tried to seduce him into a job, he showed he was wise.3) When AE tried to cheat him on the weenies, he proved he was terrific at mental arithmetic calculations (far better than I)4) Now, is he playing along in order to see if he gets an addtional 3 weenies ($59.70 is full price) or is he really being dumb (as TJ assumes).

Second point – has anyone else noticed that all the “villains” in this strip have dark hair? AE, Dirk, Les, TJ. Most of the "good guys are light-haired, as is Mr. Evans. Excluding Tiff, Mom & Dad. Sheriff, as official colorer, are you given instructions to darken the hair of manipulators?
