How do counter a non-entity?

You have to counter the intelligence first THEN you can counter the stupidity.

Bureaucracy IS self sustaining

I’ll bet those behind the right door had their holiday cut short this year.

The two were merged in the Clinton Admin. W keeped it thet way. (It’s on purpose, OK?) I can’t get over George W saying things like “This is the best Intelligence we have.” Others saying “we received intelligence from Britain and Mosad…”

I’m sure we will all agree that one department is for half of Americans and the other department for the other half.

Thanks for pointing out the obvious Bulldog. Nothing kills a joke better than explaining something we can figure out ourselves. You must have a doggie door on both those doors.
