I am offended less by the loss of a politician than I am BY a politician! Nice job, Thom. One down, 534 to go!!!

Actually, it really is the the other way around. The politicians are still talking and it is the rest of us that are sinking in the quicksand.

I found the face in the tree. I’m offended by that.

I beg to differ with you on one point - the reason a politician would sink when others would float is because they are full of !#$%#. I know you will disagree and tell me that !#$%# is lighter than the quicksand, but in the case of politicians, I think most would agree it’s packed so tightly, it has to be a dense solid and would, therefore, sink.

Tsk tsk Joe, never discuss politics in proper company, I suppose here is fine… lol It is been said, but I must voice my consent, Thom, I am offended that there aren’t more politicians in the sand!

Joe’s comment reminds me of the story about the guy that goes in for a psych evaluation. When he takes the Rorschach test, he sees one egregiously filthy, disgusting image after another. Well, the story goes on, but the point is, disgusting is in the eye of the beholder.

Of course, I’m sure he was just kidding. You know what a wry sense of humor he has.

I want ALL politicians charged under the “Global Warming” statutes. BIG fines (not paid by the public, but by the politician), for releasing all of the HOT air that is the largest contributing factor in causing global warming.

I also want each and EVERY politician, bureaucrat, and government worker forced to have (and pay for with their OWN money) this Healthcare bill that they want to come up with! NO EXCEPTIONS. If Obamacare is so good, they should be fighting to be first in line to get it.

I see I’ve come in late to this game, which is just as well.

Am I the only one who’s noticed that the man who’s so dismissive of the politician also has only three fingers?

Remember, you folks who don’t like politicians (elected or appointed): they’re just as human (or as mutant) as you are. All they do is prove how incapable we are of ruling ourselves.
