Well, Boston terriers want it to be under 85 and over 75 (at least the ones I grew up with did). I’m sure a husky wants it to be sub-zero all the time.
Cold drinks on a hot day, hot drinks on a cold day. I have heard that your brain actually seems to compensate so you are better off doing the reverse. I don’t myself, just heard that it works. Hot tea in the desert and margarita in the snow.
