Is that Mayim Bialik (perhaps better known to some as “Amy Farrah Fowler”) having trouble vocalizing the H-word? Or is it just some anonymous poor soul who happens to resemble Bialik? Does it matter?
Frog Applause isn’t a family strip? Just today I have learned that it is not socially acceptable to say “Hunker down.” My childhood would have been much easier if some “family” strip had dropped that subtle hint, which my parents were too straightlaced to mention! And what of the blog? Would some so-called family comic, like the “Family” Circus, let you know that children and kerosene don’t mix? My surviving playmates might still be on speaking terms with me if I’d known that. So let’s hear it for Frog Applause and its family values!

@Sisyphos that certainly appears to be Mayim Bialik pictured in all four snap shots. Do not know who the other person is that does not wear glasses.
