Oops, escargot would be the correct spelling I was going for…..although as chatroux correctly points out, those are snails, not frogs. Is it possible to take a pass on my original comment!(Besides, the bird really doesn’t qualify as Pheasant anyways!) Can only get better from here!
That makes two comics today that the characters said the word “pee”. The other one is The Barn. (Not that “wee” have anything against that word, it’s safe!)
I never ventured past the free 27MHz CB which still allowed me to skip from Sweden to USA when the weather conditions were right. Using no boosters but had a straight 5/8 antenna and a good ground plane. It was fun, but the south europeans using 500-1000W boosters were quite tiresome to have to listen to. Fox-hunting was more fun than going to the cinema during the weekends. Having a large city to play hide and seek in allowed for many high speed car chases while trying to triangulate before the “fox” was allowed to make a move to a new position for the next period.
K9JPQ here. In 1964 I was looking foreward to getting a TA call when sent to Turkey for one year..But upon arrival, learned that there had been a station, but the Turks shut it down for rule violations.

Escargot would be a snail, I think the term wanted for this comic would be frog legs!!!
