Uh oh, Cap’s going to be in trouble. He should have told this guy to spend no more than thirty seconds every twelve hours with Scrappy Lad. Any longer than that and this guy is going to be releasing him just to get away from him. Which means he’ll get to go back to annoying Cap.

I seem to remember a very funny story arc in which Mr Negato kidnapped Scrappy Lad, I don’t think for ransom, but rather to lure Captain Victorious into Negato’s clutches. It didn’t end well.
