The food is to die for! The New Lucky Restaurant in Ahmedabad, India, is built atop a cemetery and the tables are built around tombs! A bank in Timisoara, Romania, has an ATM built 6 feet off the ground, while a second across the street is built so low that people have to squat or kneel to use it! On May 7, 2012, Michelle Higgins of Newfoundland, Canada, hit a moose with her car but was so stunned that she continued driving the 25 miles to work, having lost all the memory of the crash itself!

Gheorghe Mureșan (Romanian ex-NBA player) can easily get to the first ATM; he’s seven-seven. As for people not of his height, how to reach the buttons, see the screen and fetch the money/receipt if there’s no step stool?

What did she do? Loose her head! Bad artwork today. And being Canadian, like I am, the stunned part was not picking up the carcass and eating for 6 months.

A friend of mine once hit a horse on a dark, curvy road. The collision totalled the car (and the horse) and nearly killed my friend. Given the size of your average moose, this lady was lucky she could keep going.

I can see that extremism in ATM heights coming to America to accomodate everyone: the short, the wheelchair bound, the extremely tall. Next, they’ll have to build concave ones to accomodate people with bulging girths.

I wonder what has happened to the lawsuit launched by injured drivers against the government of Newfoundland over the introduction of moose into the province? Moose were not native to Newfoundland.

Moose are tall animals and the height is in the legs. If they get hit by a car they’ll go over the hood and into the windshield, resulting in head injuries, seatbelt or no seatbelt.
