Perhaps MISTER Macdonald (no hoity-toity titles in the Land of the Free) might take a lesson in English grammar from US Americans. As for the money, I grant that Canadian cash is prettier, but at least American money is sound enough to still have a $1 bill.
Odd comment from pcshearer. How does it matter whther $1 is a bill or a coin? The Canadian dollar is rising in value while ours is going down the toilet.
