Looks like Hurricane Sandy, Irene and Katrina all rolled into one.

I wonder how many put Christmas presents on the credit card so if the world ended…they wouldn’t have to pay!

Boy I sure was depressed to have to get up and go to work today. I’m still hopeful, besides it isn’t like ancient calendars have an exact time.

And Harold Camping is saying, “Whew! This one wasn’t mine. Glad I kept my mouth shut.”

We made it again. Whew. Happy Day all.

11:00 am – sunny and 9 degrees! Don’t like the temp, but I never worried about the world ending: that might have taken care of Christmas placed on my credit card tho!

The end doesn’t happen today. It STARTS to happen today. See ya next year . . . maybe.

I feel that for the most part Close To Home is very funny. I think that in light of recent events, such as the catastrophic loss of life, and property, this cartoon is in poor taste.

So now I have to put all the kids toys back in the boxes and wrap them? Damn.

After being off of work for a week, I am due back in to work. I was facing the end of the world with mixed feelings. I am now here at work, the world has not yet ended as of 11.00 pm EST. happy, happy joy, joy.
