Something is wrong here…don’t you remember? God-Man doesn’t like Billy anymore because Billy called the Silver Wombat to save him when God-Man was away creating several trillion galaxies and it made God-Man jealous.Did they make up? Nobody told ME about it!
There have been judgmental comments on both sides of this discussion. comments like the one written by JPuzzleWhiz help no one on either side, so I ask everyone to please refrain from such unkind and pointless comments.
That being said, my own personal opinion is that a right and wrong cannot exist without something to define it. If we are all equal, and there is no God above us, then why is my desire to live more important than a murderer’s desire to kill me? If your thinking that my desire to live is more important because murder is against the law, then we will have to look at how laws are created. If you believe that my right to live exists because the majority of people have decided that’s how it should be, then what would you say if the majority of people decided that killing off all mentally ill people would be good for society? Would that still be “moral”? I would hope that we could agree that it would not be, even if our culture and laws allowed and even encouraged it. Therefore, there must be something outside of culture, and outside of law, that defines a basic concept of right and wrong. Morality does not have a logical place in culture or law unless there is a perfect standard by which to measure that morality.

If your morality depends on whether you think you’re being watched, then you don’t have moral standards.
