Actually Victoria used Marijuana to relieve menstrual cramps. When the Beatles were invited to Buckingham Palace, they brought some with them. The story goes that their bags were unpacked by the staff and the joints were set on top of the dresser, neatly.
In SE Iowa a few years back, the sherrif confronted a farmer about MJ growing on his property.“It’s just a weed, it’s always grown there”(True, it is a weed in our area, somewhat similar to horseweeds)So, he pulled up one, and there, with the roots growing through it, was a peat-pot!BUSTED!!!
Get your facts straight before you start spouting off uneducated opinions. One can only believe that you are influenced by the ignorant tactics (your name suggests gvt operative) that our beloved government forces upon us. Personally, I believe that it is a cooperative effort of the Big Drug Companies lobbying to keep cannabis illegal so they can tout their expensive chemicals on the unsuspecting John Q. Public. While this is my opinion, it is shared by many and backed up by FACTUAL evidence. Just like cannabis is NOT addictive, toxic or a gateway “drug” that fanatics would lead us to believe. I am NOT a partaker of the product, but I believe in TRUTH.
Buffet as generosity… that was pretty much standard for a royal court at all times in all places (they usually called them banquets then). I don’t think the buffet was meant for the peasants, and certainly not for the MMB. But when the opportunity for free food arises…
Marijuana is an American plant. I grows wild in many places. Several of the founding fasthers, notably George Washington, were hemp farmers. Hemp is marijuana. Although it grows worldwide it is native to our shores.
I always wondered how I would feel after using marijuana..I’d be high as a kite huh?…one time in school I was laughing a lot and Henry (a human) asked Cherilyn you haven’t been taking marijuana have you and I said certainly not!!!!!!!!!!!
I suspect that if he went to the trouble of growing it in a peat pot, he wasn’t growing a low grade version (just a guess). From what I’ve heard and read, what grows in our area was once used for rope and twine.
