Wow, this is one freaky dodgeball game! The rules must have changed since i was in school… :o)

The correct answer to the teacher’s question would be …“No.”

The comments are weird if you come on after the mistake is fixed, where’s the button to show track changes. I was… ‘What are you people talking about?’ :D

Indeed—I’m glad that the only team sports we played in school were soccer (sometimes with a ball, at other times with a Frisbee!) volleyball, basketball, softball, and “three-eyed-cat” (similar to softball, but played using only first base). Dodgeball, by its very name, almost sounds like some primitive blood sport played in arenas in ancient times using a spiked ball—dodge it if you wish to avoid being killed or maimed! :-)

At my school we called dodgeball “Bombardment”. That was a great save Marigold.

Uni, it really can be a fun game; it’s only bullies who make it a misery.

Dodge ball was fun. A game of skill and quickness. And a bit of luck too.

Love that action pose and BTW any one just coming in, us night owls got to read a rerun! Good to see the proper strip up today. Man when I look at the Marigold Saving Phoebe pose I just hear He-Man/She-Ra music Also I finally got a plot line right in my head this was exactly one of the things I said could happen. I like how Phoebe was totally ok with it either way. Spots must be fun at her school I can hear that announcer saying “Time out for the play Unicorn on the field. looks like we need a new ball” You know I have a solution for that issue, go bowling you can’[t pop a bowling ball.

dodge ball is a game were you pick teams. those teams stand on one of two sides and toss a ball to try and hit and eliminate other team members, who to stay in the game have to avoid or catch the ball. if your hit your out if the ball is caught or you get hit in the head the other is out. often multiple balls are in play at once. the down: getting chosen last means no one likes you as strategy required kids take the best players for there teams. 2. the balls are of a material that hurts when tossed and protective equipment is not used. the game is rather like paint ball or capture the flag or any thing else that included choosing a target and hunting it, taking out the weak 1st and leaving the strong for the last. Now for us Americans you might have to explain Cricket, rugby, curling or polo.

know what As I look at it the middle panel or even the middle two panels with out the book ends could tell almost ANY story. you could put Phoebe in almost any situation and have “I will save you” be for almost any event.If this was a down load and repost that image site we could all cut off and replace those ends with all sorts of wacky ideas. Heck "I will save you alone is worthy of a T-shirt or a DVD box cover or a poster or some thing, its just so epic.
